2006 – Santa Ana, El Salvador (Former sister city of Fountain Hills, AZ):
Medical brigade offering surgery to 50+ patients who would otherwise not be able to have.

2007 – Santa Ana, El Salvador:
Same as above.

2008 – Santa Ana, El Salvador:
Same as above.

2009 – Santa Ana and Metapan, El Salvador:
Medical brigade and children’s clothing drive.

2010 – Port-au-Prince, Haiti:
Drilled replacement water wells and installed water filtration systems post major earthquake.

2008 – Bolatanga, Ghana, Africa:
Drilled two water wells – one for a medical clinic and the other for the town market place.
Joint project with Northern Arizona University Engineers Without Borders.

2009 – Bolantanga, Ghana, Africa:
Expansion of water well at the medical clinic due to the town growing from previous availability of fresh and clean water, again a joint effort with NAU.

2012 – Tocoa, Colon, Honduras:
Building of a school. Medical brigade.

2013 – Tocoa, Colon, Honduras:
Same as above.

2014 – Tocoa, Colon, Honduras:
Medical brigade. Visit to previously built school.

2015 – Jinotega, Nicaragua:
Needs assessment for water well project in the region of Sarayal, Nicaragu to provide water for 3,000 familes. Joint project with NAU and Esperanca.

2016 – Rivas, Nicaragua:
Medical brigade offering surgery to 50+ patients.

2016 – Kandaha, Afganistan:
Donation of 500+ solar panels to the University of Kandahar

2016 – Alamo, Sonora, Mexico (Sister City of Scottsdale, AZ):
Needs assessment for upcoming water well project and medical brigade.

2017 – Alamos, Medical Brigade in conjunction with SSCA and Rotary. Budget $15,000

2018 – Abancay, Peru
Medical brigade.
