SOS, recognizing the critical need for…

…adequate food supplies during this critical time, has joined forces with our friend Jim Swickard and the Hacienda de los Santos, working with the local municipality in feeding the less fortunate in Alamos and the surrounding villages.  We have raised over $30,000 for this effort.  Please join us in supporting the less fortunate.  Support your local food bank or help us with Alamos.

SOS for Sonora

Medical Mission – Sonora Mexico – June 2019

On June 1st, 2019, team members from SOS joined the hospital staff of Hospital General Navojoa located in Navojoa, Sonora, Mexico.  Navojoa is approximately a 13 hour drive from Phoenix traveling thru the Nogales border.
The purpose of the trip was to teach basic laparoscopy skills to the doctors and residents of this hospital.  SOS brought the required equipment and supplies.  During the week, SOS and the local staff completed 25 successful GYN laparoscopic surgeries.  SOS received a warm welcome by the hospital staff and many strong relationships were developed over the week.  SOS  is excited for this new partnership and look forward to returning  soon.

Join SOS & Project CURE for an evening of fun!

Join us for a relaxing evening, enjoy tacos and margaritas, and hear from our partner and friend Doug Jackson, CEO of Project CURE. Thank you to our hosts, Dr. & Mrs. Steve Yee for opening their home for this invitation-only event!

Funds raised will pave the way for a semi truck of medical equipment and supplies, valued at $400,000, to travel to Sonora, Mexico to meet critical medical needs.

$25,000 will make it possible for the $400,000 in supplies to be obtained, transported, and distributed. This is an exponential return on your investment!

Online ticket registration will close at the end of the day on Nov. 6, 2017. You may register onsite the evening of the event. Onsite ticket registration price is $30.
